A partir de ahí, siguió produciendo canciones para muchos famosos raperos, como Drunken Tiger, Dynamic Duo, Epik High y muchos más. La mayor parte de la composición lírica fue hecha por DOK2, produciendo también los Beats. Cuando tenía 16 años, Dok2 fue miembro del grupo coreano de hip-hop Like child Rapper Junto a Microdot , y lanzaron su único Mixtape, "All Back (2006)." Dok2 siguió una carrera como solista y lanzó dos mixtapes Thunderground: Musik y Vol. 1. Illstrumentalz, ya a los 17. En el 2010 se convirtió en el actual director general de Illionaire Records, la cuál fue fundada por él mismo, que se formó con Epik High y MYK. No obstante, también es apodado "The Dirty South Korean" (Nombrado por los fans) y Young Boss (Auto-nombrado).
